Qualified applicants should have a positive credit and background requirements. Income requirements are three times the monthly rent. Co-applicants are accepted and must complete all documents and be willing to be a lease holder. All parties MUST provide one month's worth of paycheck stubs, or 2022 taxes if self-employed, and copy of driver's License or ID. Application fee is $50 per adult
