8.1 acre lot. No well at this time. Lot was perced years ago. Buyer to verify. It could have expired. Seller does not have any documentation other than plat that shows perc. All but 1 acre is in Carroll County. All taxes are paid to Carroll County. When turning into driveway at 2401 Flag Marsh, drive straight back. Lot starts at approx where my sign is. It goes all the way to the left to the fence row. All the way to the bottom and over the railroad tracks and the south branch of the patapsco. 1 acre is in Howard county.
